Avene supports war!

Avene supports bloody war by not leaving russian market (and paying taxes to the war machine). Remember that all the avene products you are using now are full of blood of the innocent Ukrainian children. Avene, you still have a chance to change our mind

Terrible customer service

I ordered a product on June 4 and today June 16 I am still waiting for the shipping information. I sent an email to the customer service office and they opened a ticket but did not reply to my inquiry on when the product would be shipped. I am still waiting.

Poor Customer Service and Item Arrived Frosted

I have ordered two creams, and they arrived frozen due to low temperate during a winter storm week. Avene used UPS Surepost as its delivery method. When UPS arrived in my town, it will transfer the package to USPS, and USPS will make the final delivery the next day. I guess the package was placing outside somewhere before USPS accepted it in the early morning. USPS delivered my package without knocking on the door, ringing my bell, or updating their tracking status. I don't know how long did the package wait outside, but the products were frozen. I placed the products in warm water for a while. Once I open the product and squeezed it, the cream burst out. Thus, I contacted Avene's customer service for a refund. The lady was not friendly and said I needed to provide evidence to PROVE that the cream content was separated and frozen before arranging any refund. Otherwise, I could return, but I need to follow avene.com's return policy, which states that the product has to be unopened and able to resell. At the same time, I need to ship the package back myself (they don't offer free returns). The lady also noted that Avene ships 100k packages countrywide per day, and my situation was not likely. I interpret this sentence as accusing me of lying. I did not take pictures when the product was in the frozen stage, and the cream was not separated after it was defrosted. However, I am super unsatisfied with my purchase and their customer service. I do not believe that it is my fault that the winter storm arrived during the shipping period, and I do not believe that it is my fault Avene choose to partner with UPS and USPS for an extra delivery day. what the service lady suggested contains elements of racism against minorities, accusing me of lying based on my last name. Otherwise, once you paid your money, Avene simply does not care.

Helpful

I finally start to get rid of my terrible acne. I use a cream approximately for a week and I wish the result would be seen faster, but still, it's working. Thank you for fast delivery, too.

Bad products

Bad products and bad customer support. They try to advertise the brand as quakity but it is a cheap company. Very dissatisfied. Once you buy their products they don't care about making things right if they mess up on how they advertise the item. They basically told me if you don't like the item, you should have read better the chemicals listed in it. As if a customer would understand the list of chemicals in what they sell

I'm satisfied with the quality of pruducts

Love AvenueUSA - works with my skin and pricing is fair compared to many other pricey brands that don't do as good of a job. I'm satisfied with the quality of the cream.

Anti-Wrinkle Cream worked

My friend gave me free sample for review so I tired on under my eyes. I found the scent and feel to be light enough that I trusted it on my face. After a few moments I compared the two and I was very pleased with the results. They weren't magic, but I could tell the difference.

The AvenueUSA has to provide the lot of dresses and material to the customer. The design are very amazing and attracting me. I have purchase more then 10 dresses in a week. The dress materials are very cheap and best materials. The company has to take more care from the customer convenient and satisfaction. The online buying facility are also available.

I know that typically once you use a make up/skin product you cannot return it. I have very sensitive skin and I do not like to keep trying products that do not work. Does this company work with you in terms of exchanges for similar products if I have an allergy to it?

A:

They don't actually. Their customer service is that of a cheap brand which proves that they do not believe in their product because once they sell it, you are on your own
